KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Manufacturing Engineer will drive improvements to the assembly operation; assist in SMT programming; write procedures; assist with job planning; prepare planning documents; review RMA’s and submit corrective actions. interface with customers and vendors.
GENERAL NATURE OF WORK:
The Manufacturing Engineer will provide support to the assembly operation to ensure ongoing product & process improvements to meet quality, continuous process improvement and production goals.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High School education. Should also possess a technical degree.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
2 years’ experience in an engineering capacity.
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have good computer and keyboard skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be well organized, disciplined and self-motivated with the capability to balance multiple priorities.
Must be able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Must be able to read blue prints, BOMS and specifications
Must be a U.S. Person under the requirements of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
This position is regular full time exempt.
