KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Quality Control Manager will oversee the evaluation of finished product for quality and reliability and look for ways of improving the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality products.
GENERAL NATURE OF WORK:
Ensure product meets acceptable quality standards. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control standards. Manage and coordinate the work of the Quality Control department.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
5 years’ experience in a quality control environment in the Printed Circuit Board Industry.
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must be familiar with a variety of printed circuit board industry concepts, practices and procedures. Must be familiar with ISO and AS9100 standards. Must be able to lead and direct the work of others and work in a team environment.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
Must have excellent communication, analytical and organization skills. Must have good computer and keyboard skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have 20/20 near vision with or without corrective lenses.
Must be able to read blue prints and specifications. Must be able to use magnifying rings, microscopes and measuring reticles.
Must be a U.S. Person under the requirements of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
This position is regular full time exempt.
