In July, 2020, there are between 40 and 60 million Americans out of work (adding U6 approximately). Meanwhile, 48% of all US based employees work for small businesses.
I’ve been trying to hire Vets, transitioning Service Members and their Spouses since 1997 and it was never easy until we released our platform in 2018, Vouch4Vets.
Still, I’ve experienced civilians express misconceptions about the value Vets bring to the table. Some say, “All they can do is fire a gun.” There’s no ill-will behind this, rather a decades-long false impression that Vets can’t do civilian jobs.
Today, I’m reaching out to the small businesses that are hiring. Probably looking for 2-3 more employees. Vouch4Vets can get your open jobs in front of a diverse community. One that sacrificed almost everything to make sure we can enjoy freedom and liberty. Now is the time to consider giving them a chance at doing a great job for you, not just because of the tax credits, but because they make fantastic employees.
